Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of AutoSignal’s website, accounts, charts, signals, indicators, market data, developer tools and referral program. AutoSignal is referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to the terms presented to you.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Use AutoSignal only where its use is lawful. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Research tools, not trade execution

AutoSignal provides market information and automated research setups. It does not provide personalized investment, legal or tax advice, manage your portfolio, hold your trading funds or place trades for you. A notification, chart selection or signal is not an instruction submitted to an exchange.

You decide whether and how to trade outside AutoSignal. Cryptocurrency and leveraged trading can cause substantial losses, including loss of all collateral. No signal, indicator, estimated probability or historical result guarantees a profit or a particular outcome.

Signals and displayed results

A signal may identify an instrument, direction, entry, stop and targets. Its publication time, timeframe, status and available result belong to that specific setup. A setup may expire, change status or become unavailable under your access limits.

Tracked paper outcomes are not evidence of an actual trade, execution price or cash profit. Leverage-adjusted return displays are calculations; fees, funding, slippage, taxes and liquidation can change real outcomes. Selected results are not necessarily representative of every signal.

Plans and access limits

Free access includes 1 signal per day and 5 indicators per chart. Current monthly plan prices are Pro $29.99, Advanced $44.99, Ultimate $99.99. The pricing page and checkout show the selected duration, total price, benefits and limits before purchase.

Some market data is available without an account; other tools require a verified account or an eligible paid plan. Signal and indicator limits depend on the plan. Complimentary access and startup approvals are discretionary access grants, not a cash balance or a promise of permanent paid features.

Card subscriptions, trials and cancellation

Eligible accounts may receive one three-day Pro monthly trial. Card checkout must be confirmed by Stripe before trial access begins. After the trial, Pro monthly renews at $29.99 per month until canceled. If no trial is offered, the charge and renewal terms shown at checkout apply immediately.

You can cancel renewal from Account before the next charge. Cancellation prevents future renewals and ordinarily preserves access until the current paid period ends. Other card plan offers and durations are one-time purchases unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Creating an account, reserving trial eligibility or opening checkout does not itself authorize a charge.

Crypto payments

Crypto access is paid manually and does not renew automatically. Send only the specified token, amount and network to the address on your current invoice. Access begins after the service verifies a qualifying payment; submitting a transaction reference alone does not confirm payment.

Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed. You are responsible for checking the receiving address, chain, token contract and network fees. Sending unsupported tokens, using the wrong chain or paying an expired invoice may prevent automatic activation; recovery is not guaranteed. AutoSignal never needs a wallet recovery phrase or private key.

No-refund policy

Payments and renewals are non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Canceling renewal stops future charges; it does not refund the current paid period.

We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, unused access, a trading loss, disappointing signal results or a renewal you did not cancel in time. This policy does not remove mandatory cancellation rights, remedies for a service that does not meet applicable legal requirements, or rights concerning unauthorized or duplicate charges. Any refund required by law is handled under that law. A later revision of these terms does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.

Referral codes and ongoing commission

Referral partners earn 15% of confirmed payments by customers attributed to them, including subsequent paid renewals and repeat subscription purchases while the attribution remains valid. The commission is calculated from the confirmed payment after applicable refunds and adjustments. Free access, zero-dollar trials, failed payments and test payments earn no commission.

Partners may choose and edit a unique referral code. Previous codes remain reserved to the same partner so existing links continue to work. New customers may enter an optional code at signup; a referral-link attribution cookie lasts up to 30 days. Attribution is fixed when the customer account is created. Changing a code or signing in later does not transfer that customer to another partner. Self-referrals, impersonation, spam, misleading promotions and attempts to manipulate attribution are prohibited.

Referral holds and manual payouts

Crypto commission becomes eligible 24 hours after confirmation; Stripe commission becomes eligible after 21 days. These holds also apply to each renewal payment. A pending balance is not yet available to withdraw. Refunds, reversals, disputes and verified abuse can reduce or reverse commission even after a hold has ended, and an adjustment can be deducted from future earnings.

You must save a valid receiving wallet, token and chain before requesting a withdrawal. USDT on Solana is preferred; only supported choices shown in the wallet form are accepted. Cleared balances are prepared for manual nightly payouts. Eligibility does not guarantee an exact transfer time: review, network availability and unresolved payment issues can delay processing. A withdrawal request reserves eligible commission and is not a completed transfer. Paid status reflects an administrator’s recorded manual confirmation. AutoSignal does not automatically sign or send a wallet transaction.

Check your wallet details carefully. Updates apply to future payouts, while a pending request retains its original receiving details. Partners are responsible for their own taxes and for disclosing paid referral relationships where required. Public leaderboard participation is optional; it is not a promise of future earnings. Material program changes will be communicated prospectively and will not erase confirmed earned balances or existing rights.

Data availability and corrections

Market feeds, instruments, update schedules and historical coverage differ. Delayed or incomplete information, provider interruptions and corrections can affect prices, charts and calculations. A modeled liquidation level is an estimate, not a verified list of positions that must liquidate.

Check the instrument, units, timeframe and observation time. AutoSignal does not promise continuous availability, complete market coverage or error-free readings. We may correct data, temporarily suspend a faulty feature or restrict access to protect accounts and the service. Mandatory rights concerning purchased access remain unaffected.

Acceptable use and developer access

Do not bypass account or plan limits, share private credentials, interfere with other users, overload connections, introduce malware, impersonate AutoSignal or exploit a security weakness. Keep API keys private and follow their access limits, expiry and revocation rules.

Access is for your authorized use. Do not resell credentials, redistribute restricted feeds or attempt to obtain protected source code, model parameters, trading rules or confidential infrastructure information. These restrictions do not prevent activity that applicable law expressly permits.

Ownership and sharing

AutoSignal’s original software, models, branding and presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, logos and data retain their respective owners’ rights. Access does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted redistribution rights.

Use available sharing and export tools with the original instrument, timeframe and context intact. Do not present estimates or paper outcomes as guaranteed results or actual executions, misrepresent an affiliation, or remove information needed to understand a shared result.

Third parties and responsibility

Stripe, blockchain networks, identity providers, hosting services and market-data sources provide separate services subject to their own terms. AutoSignal does not control their availability or the trades you place elsewhere.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AutoSignal is not responsible for losses caused by your trading decisions, misuse of the service, inaccurate wallet instructions you provide, or third-party failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or another responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

Material changes to access, billing or referral terms will be identified before they apply where notice is required. A page update does not itself authorize a new charge or create an automatic refund waiver.
